A real answer from Shtello One

Your day, handled

It works quietly in the background and shows up only when it helps.

  1. Morning

    A short briefing

What is ahead today, what needs a reply, and the one thing to start with.

  2. Anytime

    Let it out

Say everything on your mind, in any order. You get one step back, and the rest waits its turn.

  3. Every hour, 9 to 9

    Quiet checks

It reads new email and calendar changes and only speaks up when something needs you.

  4. Evening

    Ready for tomorrow

Tomorrow at a glance, with the weather, so the umbrella is by the door before you need it.

  5. Sunday

    Your week in review

What got done, what slipped, and the three things that matter most next week.

It learns you, so you never write a prompt

Answer simple questions once, one at a time, and stop whenever you like. It remembers your jobs, side hustles, projects, classes and people, and it gets sharper with every answer.

Students, parents, owners with three businesses, it is built for every kind of life.

Private by design, not by promise

Locked on your device

Your notes, lists and knowledge bank are encrypted on your phone before they sync. Only your password or recovery key opens them.

We cannot read it

Your password never reaches us and your saved data stays sealed, so we cannot read it, sell it or share it.

Never used to train AI

When the AI helps, it gets only what it needs for that one answer. We do not store it, and it is never used for training.

Everything in one place

Connect what you can, paste or screenshot the rest. A gentle daily nudge reminds you to share anything it cannot see on its own.

Questions

What is Shtello One?

Shtello One is a calm AI chief of staff. It reads your email and calendar, holds everything on your mind, and hands you the next step, one at a time, so you can stop juggling and start doing.

Do I have to write prompts?

No. You answer simple questions once, one at a time, and you can stop and come back later. Shtello One writes its own instructions from what it learns about your jobs, projects, classes and people, and it keeps learning from every answer.

Can you read my email or notes?

No one at Shtello can read what you save. Your notes, lists and knowledge bank are encrypted on your device before they sync, and only your password or recovery key unlocks them. When the AI helps, it gets only what it needs for that answer, we do not store it, and it is never used to train AI.

What can it connect to?

Email from Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo and most other providers, any calendar that has a share link, chat exports from WhatsApp, Telegram and Messenger, documents, and anything you paste or screenshot. You can also bring in what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok already know about you.

Is there an iPhone or Android app?

Shtello One works in any browser today and installs on your home screen in two taps. iPhone and Android apps are on the way, and your account works on all of them.

How much does it cost?

Shtello One is free while we test. After that, every plan starts with a 1-week free trial.

Is it good for students?

Yes. It helps students plan, break big assignments into small steps and remember deadlines. It does not give homework answers or write assignments, so the learning stays theirs.

What if I forget my password?

Use the recovery key you saved when you signed up to set a new password. Because we cannot read your data, we cannot reset it for you, so keep that key somewhere safe.

Start with what is on your mind

Works in any browser and installs on your home screen. iPhone and Android apps are on the way.
