Terms of Use
Effective October 13, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Shtello LLC ("Shtello", "we", "us") for using Shtello One on shtelloone.com and in our apps. By creating an account or using Shtello One, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Early access
Shtello One is in early access. It is free while we test, and features may change, pause or go away as we improve it. Before any paid plan starts, we will tell you the price and you will choose whether to continue. Every paid plan starts with a 1-week free trial.
Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password and recovery key safe. Because your data is encrypted with a key only you hold, we cannot reset your password or recover your data if you lose both.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage your account. If you are under 18, use Shtello One with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Your content
What you add or connect stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it encrypted, sync it to your devices and process it to give you answers. You can delete your account and your data at any time.
Only connect accounts that you own or are allowed to use.
AI answers are suggestions
Shtello One uses AI to sort, summarize and suggest. AI can be wrong. Check anything important, such as dates, times, amounts and what someone actually said, before you act on it. Shtello One is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
For students, Shtello One helps with planning and keeping up. It will not do homework or write assignments.
Fair use
- Do not use Shtello One to break the law, harm others, or send spam.
- Do not try to break into, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service.
- We may set reasonable limits, such as how many AI answers you can get each day, to keep the service working for everyone.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using Shtello One at any time.
Other services
When you connect Google, Microsoft or another account, that provider's own terms also apply. We are not responsible for those services or for changes they make that affect what Shtello One can read.
No warranty
Shtello One is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error free or right for your needs, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Shtello will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, from your use of Shtello One. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Shtello One after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
