Pricing questions
How much does Shtello One cost?
Core is $49 a month or $490 a year. Premium is $119 a month or $1,190 a year. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and Shtello One is free while we test.
Why does it cost more than a to-do app?
Shtello One runs on the most capable AI available, reads your mail and calendars on your schedule, and writes every briefing, plan and answer just for you. We set prices so that even if you use every included answer and minute on the most expensive AI model, the service still pays for itself, so we never need to sell your data or show you ads.
What counts as an AI answer?
Each time Shtello One thinks something through for you: a Let it out, a plan, a decision, a reply draft or a chat answer. Your daily briefing, evening check-in, Sunday review and background checks do not count against it.
What happens if I run out?
We let you know when you are close. You can add 100 more answers or more talk minutes anytime, or wait for next month. Nothing stops working without warning.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays yours and you can delete it whenever you like.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Minutes included in Premium reset each month. Talk minute packs and answer packs you buy are good for 12 months.
Are features marked Coming soon charged?
No. Anything marked Coming soon is never charged until it is live.
