What is Shtello One?
Shtello One is a calm AI chief of staff. It reads your email and calendar, holds everything on your mind, and hands you the next step, one at a time.
How much does it cost?
It is free while we test. After that, Core is $49 a month and Premium is $119 a month, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Shtello One works in any browser today and installs on your home screen. iPhone and Android apps are on the way, and Apple TV and CarPlay are planned.
Can you read my email or notes?
No one at Shtello can read what you save. It is encrypted on your device before it syncs, and only your password or recovery key unlocks it.
What if I forget my password?
Use the recovery key you saved when you signed up to set a new password. We cannot reset it for you, because we cannot read your data.
What does Let it out do?
Let it out takes everything on your mind, said in any order, and turns it into small tasks in groups. It gives you one next step and holds the rest until you are ready.
Can I use my voice?
Yes. Hold the button and talk, or tap once to start and again to stop. You can also type.
How far ahead can I plan?
As far as you like. Most people plan a few weeks out, and bigger projects work well two to five months ahead.
What time does the briefing come?
You choose. Most people pick a time between 6 and 8 in the morning.
Will it just tell me what I want to hear?
No. It gives its honest recommendation, even when that is not the easy answer, and explains why in plain words.
Do I have to write prompts?
No. Shtello One writes its own instructions from what it knows about you. You just say what you need.
Can Shtello One send email for me?
Not on its own. Everything it connects to is read only. It can draft a reply for you to check and send yourself.
When will talk and calls be ready?
They are in the works now. Nothing marked Coming soon is ever charged until it is live.
Will Shtello One do my homework?
No. It helps you plan, break assignments into steps and remember deadlines, but it never gives answers or writes assignments.
Can it handle more than one business?
Yes. Add every business, side hustle and project, and Shtello One keeps their clients, tasks and deadlines straight.
Can it read school flyers?
Yes. Take a screenshot or a photo, and Shtello One finds the dates, times and anything you need to do.
Does it work with my work calendar?
Yes. Connect Outlook or Google, or add any calendar with a share link. Access is read only.
